Mosai Referrals enables VIA to make admission decisions in just 1.02 hours, while signed order turnaround times are significantly shorter than the industry average – 2.28 days instead of 4-5. These efficiency gains have helped VIA send over 115,000 orders year-to-date.

End-of-life care outcomes are equally strong. Since 2021, VIA has achieved a 36% improvement in Service Intensity Add-On (SIA). Clinicians average more than 8.5 visits in the last 7 days of life – more than two visits above the national average. And VIA's Hospice Visits in the Last Days of Life (HVLDL) rate stands at 83%, compared to a national average of less than 50%.
