Andrea Sorensen
Vice President of Clinical Services
Andrea Sorensen serves as Vice President of Clinical Services at Mosai, where she leads a high-performing team responsible for delivering clinical support across implementations and driving client adoption. In her role, she develops and executes strategies that improve patient outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value across the home-based care continuum.
With more than 25 years of experience, Andrea brings deep expertise in clinical operations transformation, healthcare analytics, and value-based care across payer, provider, and post-acute settings. Prior to Mosai, she led cross-functional consulting and implementation initiatives, partnering with executive and board-level stakeholders to advance analytics-driven decision-making, optimize reimbursement, and improve clinical outcomes.
Andrea spent over two decades with a Midwest health insurer, where she held progressive leadership roles spanning analytics, actuarial support, training, and operations. She led enterprise analytics strategies, established data governance frameworks, and helped build a strong data-driven culture to support strategic planning and performance improvement.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sales, Distribution and Marketing Operations from AIB College of Business. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and helping on her family farm.
Steve Shelton, MBA, MSN, RN, CHPN
Senior Director of Clinical Services
Steve Shelton serves as Senior Director of Clinical Services at Mosai where he leads clinical transformation efforts by guiding cross‑functional teams, shaping product‑adoption strategies, and serving as a trusted expert in clinical, operational, and regulatory matters. He develops and elevates education programs that drive customer engagement, supports client‑facing teams with strategic consulting, provides subject matter expertise and guidance for product development, and ensures high‑quality implementation experiences. Steven continuously evaluates industry trends, identifies risks and opportunities, and translates client needs into actionable insights that strengthen Mosai’s solutions.
A Registered Nurse since 2017, Steven began his hospice career in 2018, serving in multiple roles that inform his approach to improving end‑of‑life care through technology and workflow optimization. Prior to Mosai, he worked in consulting with a focus on EMR integration, clinical operations, and merger and acquisition due diligence. He joined Medalogix in 2022 before transitioning to Mosai through the legacy Medalogix merger.
Steven earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Alvin Community College; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington; and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
Outside of work Steven enjoys traveling the world with his partner.
Amanda Fabozzi, PT, DPT
Director of Clinical Services
Amanda Fabozzi serves as Director of Clinical Services at Mosai, where she leads high‑touch implementations of Pulse and Transitions to help clients responsibly leverage AI in pursuit of their clinical and operational goals. She acts as an internal subject matter expert on home health operations and value‑based care models, guiding product vision, workflow design, and compliance.
A physical therapist by training, Amanda brings 13 years of experience including roles as a Home Health Executive Director and Rehabilitation Director. She is a longtime member of the American Physical Therapy Association and has served on the Home Health Academy’s Publications Committee since 2023, authoring several articles to advance best practices in home health physical therapy. Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mercer University - College of Health Science.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling to watch college football, exploring the Nashville food scene, and spending time with her husband and two young children.
Amie Nangle, PT, DPT
Director of Clinical Services
Amie Nangle serves as Director of Clinical Services at Mosai, where she leads clinical initiatives across the organization’s home health and hospice solutions. She partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical quality is embedded throughout the business, driving strong client outcomes and aligning clinical strategy with product innovation and performance.
A licensed physical therapist, Amie brings extensive experience across a range of healthcare settings, with a focus on value-based care in the post-acute space. Prior to Mosai, she held roles supporting Medicare value-based programs across home health, convener, and provider organizations, and has consulted with technology companies serving the home health and skilled nursing markets.
Amie is passionate about leveraging data and analytics to improve care delivery, enhance clinical processes, and drive both quality and financial outcomes. She works closely with healthcare leaders and clinical teams to support adoption and ensure success in an evolving regulatory environment.
Amie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tufts University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Simmons University. Outside of work, Amie enjoys spending time with her family, coaching soccer, running, skiing, and relaxing at the beach.
Rachel Trombly, MSN, RN, COS-C, HCS-D
Director of Clinical Services
Prior to Mosai, Rachel was the Director of Clinical Operations at Medalogix. In this role, she helps lead clinical and data discovery initiatives, supports implementation efforts, and develops standard operating policies to ensure consistent and effective product use. Rachel engages and educates stakeholders to drive adoption, and works closely with Mosai's data science and product teams to inform product innovation and continuous improvement.
Rachel brings over 20 years of experience building and growing operational teams in the home health industry. Prior to joining Mosai, Rachel held regional leadership positions at Enhabit and Interim Healthcare in the Northeast. She earned a Bachelor of Nursing Science at Drexel University and a Master of Nursing Science at the University of Mary. Rachel is OASIS certified and Coding certified.
Outside of work she enjoys time with her family including watching her son play sports and visiting her daughters, Patriots games, and traveling.
