As CEO, Elliott partners with the Board of Directors to shape Mosai’s strategic vision, set company goals, and build a leadership team that drives the mission forward. He is deeply committed to fostering a dynamic and engaging company culture and serves as a key voice to the market, representing Mosai’s purpose and impact.

Prior to Mosai, Elliott was CEO of Medalogix, having joined in 2013 when the team consisted of just five employees working in a small house on Nashville’s Music Row. Prior to that, he held roles at HealthStream Inc. in Nashville and AirStrip Technology in San Antonio. He brings more than 18 years of experience in healthcare technology to his leadership at Mosai, and is invigorated to support providers who are caring for our aging population. Outside of work, Elliott enjoys spending time with his wife and family. 

Annie Erstling leads the company’s enterprise transformation and growth strategy—translating vision into action to scale Mosai’s impact across the home-based care continuum. She is committed to ensuring that the company operates as a unified, high-performing engine that delivers intelligent, connected care solutions.

With more than two decades of leadership experience in healthcare and technology, Annie has held senior roles with Forcura, GuideWell, Florida Blue, and Benefitfocus. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

A passionate advocate for health, wellness, and community, Annie serves on the boards of the Jacksonville Museum of Science and History and Girls on the Run of Northeast Florida, and is actively involved in the cultural and economic revitalization of downtown Jacksonville.

Jason oversees all aspects of the company’s finance, accounting, and legal functions, and plays a key role in driving strategic growth, operational scalability, and value creation.

Jason brings deep experience leading high-growth SaaS organizations through periods of rapid expansion, transformation, and transaction readiness. Since joining Mosai, he has built scalable financial infrastructure, strengthened risk management, and partnered with the executive team to execute on Mosai’s long-term growth strategy.

Prior to Mosai, Jason was the Chief Financial Officer at Forcura. Jason joined Forcura after his role as an investment banker at Harbor View Advisors, where he executed buy- and sell-side M&A transactions and advised technology founders on maximizing enterprise value. Earlier in his career, he led finance and operations for multiple SaaS and tech-enabled services companies—including Black Diamond Performance Reporting, Knowledge Infusion, and 110% Play Harder—each culminating in successful liquidity events. Jason holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of North Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and three children.

In this role, Windy sets the vision and strategy of the client journey across all products within Mosai. She is responsible for aligning cross functional teams to optimize the client experience and results driven by the company's products to ensure long term success.

Windy leads the client experience organization—including implementation, support, training, and customer success—and oversees strategic partnerships to ensure clients realize maximum value through seamless integrations, operational efficiency, and measurable financial return. Prior to Mosai, Windy was the Senior Vice President of Client Experience and Partnerships at Forcura. Windy has also held senior leadership positions at SS&C Advent’s Black Diamond Wealth Platform. She brings over 18 years of experience building and growing operational teams in SaaS technology. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Southern University. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and watching her son play sports.

Matt leads internal operations at Mosai and is responsible for operational effectiveness, KPI management, M&A integration and special projects within the organization.

Matt has extensive experience in product management and delivery, enterprise implementation and scaling high growth SaaS organizations in both the healthcare and financial services sectors. Prior to Mosai, Matt was the Vice President of Operations at Forcura. Matt began his career as an associate at Goldman Sachs before moving into product management roles in Fintech. Matt earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy degrees from the University of Notre Dame.

Scott brings nearly 30 years of operating leadership to help drive Mosai's mission of advancing intelligent, connected care at home.

As President, Scott oversees sales and customer success functions along with various strategy and growth responsibilities. Scott has held executive roles in healthcare-focused SaaS organizations for the last 15+ years. Prior to Mosai, Scott was the Chief Operating Officer of Medalogix and has also served as the President of MedeAnalytics. Outside of work, he values family, enjoying the support of his wife and two children, where they embrace Colorado’s outdoors. A passionate traveler, Scott has explored 30+ countries and has enjoyed living abroad. Holding a BBA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Denver, he is motivated to inspire positive change for both the growing at-home industry and for Mosai itself.

Laura is responsible for leading teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Laura has experience across both e-commerce and healthcare technology sectors, with a focus on delivering best-in-class product experiences. Laura is committed to building products that make a meaningful impact on the lives of customers, and ultimately their patients. She believes in the power of leveraging machine learning and AI to inform and support clinical decision making. She’s passionate about her work at Mosai, which gives her the continual opportunity to help clinicians provide the best healthcare possible.

Prior to Mosai, Laura was the Chief Product Officer of Medalogix. She holds a bachelor of science degree from Purdue University, as well as an MBA from Northwestern University. Laura lives in Chicago with her family, where she enjoys taking advantage of all the experiences the city has to offer.

Derek leads the team of technology professionals that create and operate the data & software products for Mosai. He relishes the opportunity to build technology products that are used directly in patient care decisions.

Derek gets to leverage his deep experience in analytics and software to help bring new products and innovation to Mosai, ultimately improving healthcare decisions. His focus is on the big picture, expanding the team with more talent and creating an environment that supports the company’s growth. Prior to Mosai, Derek was the Chief Information Officer at Medalogix. A natural-born builder and self-taught programmer, Derek is no stranger to solving problems with hands-on solutions. With 25 years in the industry, Derek remains passionate about his craft and is inspired by Mosai's incredible mission, the fulfilling work, and the great Mosai team.
