Once Complete, you will receive a $0 agreement to the person indicated below.

We will then set up your account and the practice admins named below will receive registration emails from donotreply@mosai.com to add the rest of the providers and staff.

For security purposes, we require two people as practice admins to open an account. These people will be able to add/remove staff and see all documentation across the practice at any given time.
