As we continue to innovate, our team is proud to introduce the new Forcura website along side our new brand identity. The new Forcura look coincides with lots of behind-the-scenes work to build bigger and better solutions that help our customers, healthcare organizations across the United States, deliver better patient care, improve their cashflow and reduce administrative expenses.
Back in 2013, we launched our flagship product, Workflow, which provides customized document and workflow management to create, send, track and receive all of an organization's documents while directly interfacing with any existing systems. We built this product alongside of our customers, rapidly iterating to meet market needs. Today over 70 organizations in 22 states serving over 80,000 patients are using Workflow. The ROI these organizations are realizing has exceeded even our own original expectations. Many clients are reducing accounts receivables by 40%, processing intake documents 60% faster than before and completely eliminating the fear of compliance penalties, audit headaches and reimbursement denials.
Recent innovation and insight into healthcare industry challenges led to the development of our second product, Secure Messaging. Secure Messaging is a secure messaging solution built specifically for healthcare by healthcare technology experts.
